Registration Form for 2011

Please fill out this form for each student. This form will register only one student.

Please note that your registration will NOT be complete until a payment has been made, even if a registration form has been submitted. Both a registration form AND a minimum payment are required to complete your registration.

After you submit this registration form, you should either make an online payment, or mail payment by check to RSMC.


 The next two questions are about the optional lunch and dinner plans. All meals are catered by Castiglia's Restaurant and include the meal, a side item, drink, and dessert. Students who don't want to order lunch and/or dinner should be prepared to brown bag their own meals. Please read the MEALS page before making your decision.
