Camp dates: Sunday, July 10 - Saturday, July 16, 2011

Students MUST be able to attend all activities on all 7 days in order to enroll.

2011 Deadlines

Important Deadlines Regarding Registration and Payments:

Special Pricing if paid in full: must pay in full by March 15 (no refunds)
CIT (Counselor) application deadline: April 15
Early registration discount deadline: April 30
Deadline to register: June 26
You must contact the camp by phone or e-mail if you want to register after June 26
no refunds will be issued after June 26

2011 Weekly Schedule

Sunday, July 10 - Registration starts at 1:30. There will be a brief meeting in the auditorium, and then students and families will be dismissed to go through the registration process. Students will register, choose their class choices, audition, and take the theory quiz to determine their theory class placement.

Monday, July 11 through Friday, July 15 - Daily classes and concerts. See the schedule below for complete details on the weekday schedule.

Saturday, July 16 - Possible rehearsals from 12:00 until 6:00. These rehearsals are at the ensemble directors' discretion. The directors will not determine the need for a rehearsal until Thursday, July 14. Once the ensemble directors have made their decision regarding final rehearsals, the Saturday schedule will be printed and posted for students and families to see by the end of classes on Thursday.

Saturday, July 16 - Final camp concert at 7PM. This final concert includes every student of RSMC.

Attendance is mandatory at all events. Students MUST be able to attend all camp events each day, including Registration Day, all evening concerts, and Saturday's rehearsals and performances.
